Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand things happen... but a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient who needs it. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment or event cost.

Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.

Education and Workshop Cancellation Policies 

As we prepare for our education and workshop events well in advance, we cannot offer refunds with less than 1 week notice.  Please provide us with a minimum of 1 week notice from the event date to cancel or reschedule your reservation for one of our paid education and/or workshop events.  We really appreciate your understanding.
